Here is how it works for you

The process begins when you send your requirement to us. We enter it into our system to find potential matches to your requirement. Alternatively we advertise and conduct an initial resume screening check. When a candidate is found suitable for a particular post, we conduct an interview and ask follow up questions regarding the candidate's background and current situation.

If the employer personally wishes to interview a particular candidate, we make arrangements for a telephonic interview with the candidate.
